The Room Upstairs by Iain Rob Wright
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
As always, read the book blurb to get an idea of what the book is about.
This novel was so good that I read it in one day! Totally worth the time. Has the creep factor maxxed out.

This book was really good! The only reason it got 4 stars is because of the ending, it seemed like it was lost and couldn’t find its way back. But, overall I was completely engaged, and couldn’t put it down.
The Hive by Gregg Olsen
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Interesting and a little twisty murder mystery. Not 5 star worthy, but good enough to check out if you’re looking for a book to entertain you for awhile.

The Death Brothers: A Supernatural Awakening by Dee Rose
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I am reviewing the audiobook of The Death Brothers: A Supernatural Awakening.
This is an exciting story that I would recommend! The characters are interesting, and each tell a different and important part of the story. The narration is good, and keeps us wanting to listen. I especially liked the voices for the different characters. They are distinct and entertaining. The sarcasm, annoyance, and frustration comes through so well that I can “see” the interactions clearly, and can feel their emotions right along with them. With a cast full of vampires, werewolves, angels and demons, I found myself entertained though the entire book. Read or listen to this book, it will be worth your time!

If It Bleeds by Stephen King
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I enjoyed this book of short stories very much! I gave it 4 stars because one of the stories didn’t seem to fit in this collection. I’ll leave you to see if you agree. I absolutely loved “If It Bleeds”, and will probably read it again.

Little Heaven by Nick Cutter
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Great read/listen, and seriously gory. I loved how individual stories came together in such a way that I felt stupid that I hadn’t figured it out sooner. I liked The Troop better, but only a tad. I am looking forward to reading another by Nick Cutter.
